Blue Virtual shared hosting customers can now access and monitor FTP traffic to their account via transfer or Xfer logs. These logs offer a greater sense of security to our customers. |

Blue Virtual is commited to providing the service you need faster than anyone else. To accomplish this, during the month of April BV will guarantee any server ordered by 3 PM CDT Monday - Friday will be completed and ready by midnight. Blue Virtual launched it's new website. New functionallity includes a control panel login application for retail customers, colocation pricing and information, and an all new one of a kind design. Welcome to our new website. Blue Virtual resellers can now utilize the same customer service ticket system that BV uses through their reseller area. This key tool will allow resellers to further assist their customers and meet the service and support needs of high value clients. Blue Virtual releases the much anticipated control panel customization. Resellers can now modify the look of everything in the control panel, including changing images, font, colors, sizes and borders. This completes phase 2 of our customization schedule. We will begin work on phase 3 very soon. It will allow a full template based skin to be created. Resellers have been given a new plan to sell. The "Fab 5" plan was created for resellers who may have clients in need of a small amount of resources. The new package consists of 50 MB of webspace, 5 GB of bandwidth and costs $50 per year. The accounts are for annual purchase only. |
